Musical Background
Trained as a Classical Singer (M.A.) in Sweden at the Royal Academy of Music in Gothenburg, I have for the past 15 years been engaged as a soloist at Concerts, Wedding Ceremonies, Funerals, Memorial Services and Baptisms in Greater London and all over the UK.
This year alone, I have taken part in over 30 weddings at venues including
Blenheim Palace and Lulworth Castle.
In London, I am a regular soloist in Christchurch, Kensington, Holy Trinity on Clapham Common, St Barnabas in Chelsea and in Ulrika Eleonora, the Swedish church in Marylebone.

FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Choosing music for a family event can be a delicate matter. I have a large and
varied repertoire, and will always do my best to accommodate your wishes on choice
of repertoire and style of performance. I will tailor a bespoke musical package
for You based on venue, number of guests and your individual
taste in music, of course.
 WEDDINGS:
For a Church Ceremony, I can advise you on suitable
repertoire for different parts of the service and help you decide on
hymns and wedding marches. For Civil Services, I
will make sure the lyrical content is not religious, and that the music
blends perfectly with your choice of venue, readings and your own wishes.
FUNERALS & MEMORIAL SERVICES:
A professional singer can help express the emotions you feel at a difficult time, as well as supporting the congregation during hymns and I will always make sure any music chosen reflects both the solemnity of the occasion, the taste and wishes of the deceased and the family.
ADDITIONAL MUSICIANS:
Should the church or wedding venue you choose, not provide an organist or accompanist, you may want me to book an accompanist for you. I work with a number of very accomplished musicians who will bring their expert musicianship to the day. Should there not be an instrument, a keyboard can be brought or I can use recorded accompaniment which can be played on a sound system.
CHOIR OR VOCAL ENSEMBLE:
You may in fact wish to have a group of singers or a small choir for your wedding – on their own or as an addition to a soloist. I often provide groups of professional singers for a variety of events, and would be delighted to bring some of my professional friends along.
