ABOUT ME

I am 100% passionate about The Human Voice in all its forms: singing, speaking and the verbal interaction between individuals on a daily basis. My life has been about performing, learning about, listening and enjoying the amazing things The Human Voice can do. A lifelong obsession with all matters vocal come together in Rivington Voice where I can use all my accumulated experience in the services I offer.

The daughter of a playwright, I have a strong cultural grounding in choral singing from my upbringing in a Swedish cathedral town, as well as belonging to a vibrant community of musicians playing in bands or in the theatre.

My academic training as well as a wide cultural remit adds many facets to my professional life, enabling me to have a valid input into classical as well as popular music.

My work in the music industry for Sony Music, Virgin & Kingfisher also developed my interest in business, how large organisations operate, manage and develop their people.

I have brought the Swedes’ interest in nature and the outdoors to the UK, and my family and I enjoy spending time together walking, jogging and cycling.

I have also tried to embrace the wonderful sense the English have of involvement in their local communities, and I have for the past five years been on the committee of one of London’s leading amateur choirs: English Baroque Choir - www.ebc.org.co.uk.

My aim for Rivington Voice is to pass on all my accumulated knowledge to anyone interested in improving their communication and performance skills.
